6. Exceptional Circumstances

6.1. Non-Delivery

In the rare event that a Freelancer fails to deliver any work at all, Fiverr Design will review the case and may issue a refund at our discretion.

6.2. Platform Technical Issues

If technical issues on our platform prevent the proper delivery of work, we will address the situation on a case-by-case basis.
